Terms of Service

Rambridge collects information for your attorney. It does not provide legal advice.

1. Agreement

Rambridge is a software service owned and operated by Ramexar LLC ("Ramexar", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting an intake, or otherwise using Rambridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Rambridge on behalf of a law firm or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it.

2. What Rambridge is

Rambridge is a client intake tool for immigration law firms. It collects information from prospective clients through a guided chat, translates responses into English, and organizes them into case summaries and related documents for the receiving firm.

3. Not legal advice

Rambridge is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created between you and Ramexar by using this service. Any attorney-client relationship exists solely between a client and the law firm they engage. Content produced by the service, including AI-generated summaries, translations, and drafts, is informational only and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before being relied upon.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ramexar.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. Each plan includes a monthly client intake limit; when the limit is reached, new intakes are paused until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. Plan changes take effect as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancelation stops future charges but fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices or plan limits with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

collect information from individuals without authorization or a lawful basis;
use the service in violation of applicable law, including data protection and legal ethics rules;
submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
attempt to access other firms' data, probe, or disrupt the service;
resell or sublicense the service without our written consent;
use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Your data and responsibilities

Law firms control the intake information their clients submit and are responsible for how they use it, including compliance with confidentiality obligations and professional conduct rules. You retain ownership of the data you and your clients submit. You grant Ramexar a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI features

Rambridge uses artificial intelligence to translate responses, extract information from documents, and generate summaries and drafts. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any legal matter.

9. Intellectual property

The Rambridge software, design, and branding are the property of Ramexar LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

10. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramexar LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
