Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Rambridge is operated by Ramexar LLC ("Ramexar", "we", "us"). Rambridge helps immigration law firms collect intake information from prospective clients. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies both to law firms that hold accounts and to clients who complete an intake through a firm's link.
2. Information we collect
- Intake responses. Contact details and the answers you provide during an intake chat, which may include immigration history, family information, and other sensitive personal information needed by the law firm.
- Documents. Files you upload during an intake or that a firm attaches to a case, such as identity documents and correspondence.
- Account information. For law firm users: name, email, firm details, and the cases and settings in your workspace.
- Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Usage and log data. IP address, browser type, and basic activity logs used for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.
- Cookies. We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- to run the intake chat and deliver responses to the specific firm whose link was used;
- to translate answers into English and organize them into case summaries and drafts using AI;
- to provide firm dashboards, case management, deadlines, and messaging features;
- to process subscription payments and enforce plan limits;
- to secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- to respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share one firm's data with another firm.
4. AI processing
Intake answers and uploaded documents may be processed by AI models (provided by Anthropic) to translate, extract, and summarize information. This processing happens only to provide the service to the receiving firm. We do not use your information to train AI models.
5. Who we share information with
- The law firm you chose. Everything you submit through an intake link goes to that firm and only that firm.
- Service providers. Infrastructure and processing vendors that host data and power features: Supabase (database and file storage), Anthropic (AI processing), and Stripe (payments). They may process data only to provide their services to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
6. Data retention
Intake and case data is retained while the receiving firm's account remains active, so the firm can manage its cases. Firms can delete cases from their dashboard. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to intake data is restricted to the receiving firm through authenticated, role-based access. We apply rate limiting and monitoring to protect against abuse. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected users as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. If you completed an intake, the law firm you submitted it to is the primary controller of that information, so contact the firm first. You can also email us at support@ramexar.com and we will help route or fulfill your request.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
Rambridge is not directed to children. Information about minors should be submitted only by a parent, guardian, or the law firm handling the family's matter.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
